Cook the rice as usual, after rinsing, add spice for rice with water and salt.
Once all water has evaporated, add the chopped peppers and parsley and simmer till done.
Once the rice is halfway cooked, prepare seafood in a different pot.
Melt the butter, add garlic, lemon juice, seafood and fish spice, cook for 5 min then add the wine.
Cook over low heat for 10 min, then add the sour cream and cook for a further 10 min.
Add the rice to the seafood mixture and mix through.
