  • Crayfish
  • Mussels
  • Prawns
  • Octopus tentacles
  • 1
    White stump nose
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Fennel
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Except for the fish and the tentacles steam everything in a Chinese bamboo steamer.
Fry the tentacles in garlic and olive oil.
Generously flavour the fish with salt and pepper inside and outside, brush with olive oil and stuffed the inside of the fish with tomatoes, onion and fennel.
Put the fish inside tinfoil with more fennel on top of the fish, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C .
