    cucumber, cut into small pieces

    mussels, cooked and removed from the shells

Mix together the cucumber, onion, tomato, lemon juice and zest and dill. Spoon into 4 individual serving glasses. Toss together the mussels, prawns and calamari and then spoon on to cucumber mixture. Mix the mayonnaise, tomato purée and Tabasco, then season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce on to seafood and garnish with lemon wedges and dill. Just before serving, decorate the base of each glass with a few unpeeled prawns. Serves 4.
