Seafood and red onion pizza bites

Ingredients (7)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 red onion — sliced into rings
3.00 readymade pizza base
120.00 ml pasta sauce — tomato
300.00 g mixed seafood
150.00 g mozzarella cheese — cubed
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and sauté over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut out 24 x 5 cm rounds from the pizza bases.
Arrange on 2 baking sheets.
Spoon a little tomato pasta sauce on each round, followed with a few onion rings.
Add a spoonful of seafood and top with mozzarella.
Season with crushed black pepper and salt, to taste.
Drizzle a little oil over pizza rounds and bake at 200 ºC for 15 minutes.
