Scrummy chocolate and raspberry pud

  • 1 x 260 g packet chocolate and vanilla marble loaf cake
  • 500 ml fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 250 ml cream


Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Slice cake into six thick pieces and place in a baking dish.
Pour over berries.
Add chocolate and pour over cream.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and the berries have burst.
