Scrambled egg in the microwave

    eggs
  • 60
    ml
    water
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Whisk the egg and water together until bubbles are formed – the mixture must not be foamy. Heat the butter in a microwave dish on 100 percent power. Add the egg mixture and microwave for 3 minutes (it may take a little longer) on 70 percent power, stirring occasionally. Stand for 1 minute and season to taste with salt and pepper before serving. Serves 4.
