Scrambled egg for breakfast

  • 6
    eggs
  • 60
    ml
    water
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Whisk the eggs and water together until the mixture just begins to form bubbles – it must not be foamy. Heat the butter in a small saucepan and pour in the egg mixture. Loosen the mixture from the bottom of the saucepan when it begins to set. Don't allow the mixture to stick or get too dry. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serves 4.
