    Litres
    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    salt
  • 45
    ml
    baking powder
  • 350
    g
    margarine cut into cubes
 

Method

 
Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and transfer to the food processor. Add the margarine and process well until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to airtight containers and store in the fridge until needed. Makes about 2,875 litres (11 1/2 c).
