Ingredients (4)

2.00 flour — cake
10.00 ml salt
45.00 ml Baking powder
350.00 g margarine — cubed

Method:

Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and transfer to the food processor. Add the margarine and process well until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to airtight containers and store in the fridge until needed.
Makes about 2,875 litres (11 1/2 c).
