Method

 
Spread a few slices of bread with savoury cottage cheese of Marmite butter. Top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and onion rings. Season lightly with salt and black pepper and decorate with a sprig of fresh basil, if desired. Spread a few slices of bread with mustard butter, ham spread or savoury cottage cheese. Top with slices of ham and stuffed green olives. Garnish with chopped chives. Spread a few slices of bread with mustard butter, cheese spread or savoury cottage cheese, top with slices of tongue and garnish with sprigs of parsley. Spread a few slices of bread with mustard butter or cheese spread, top with slices of cooked pork and thinly sliced gherkins, and garnish with sprigs of parsley. Spread a few slices of bread with cheese spread or savoury cottage cheese and top with thin slices of smoked salmon. Spread a few slices of bread with cheese spread or mustard butter and top with thin slices of cooked beef. Garnish with whole baby corn and a few olives. Spread a few slices of bread with egg butter or cheese spread and top with thin slices of cooked chicken breast, tomato ring and canned pineapple chunks. Spread a few slices of bread with ham or cheese spread, or egg or Marmite butter. Top with thin slices of Montali or Tusser's cheese and garnish with green or red pepper rings and sprigs of parsley. Spread a few slices of bread with mustard butter or cheese spread. Top with thin slices of processed meat and black olives.
