Ingredients (7)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
oil
200.00 g rice — uncooked
875.00 ml water — hot
1.00 stock cube — chicken
5.00 ml turmeric
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft.
Add the rice and stir-fry until pale brown.
Add the water, chicken stock cube and turmeric.
Season with salt and pepper and simmer until the rice is done.
