    salted biscuits, crushed

    cottage cheese

    creamed cottage cheese

    feta cheese, crumbled

    ml
    sour cream
  • 4
    extra-large eggs, whisked
  • 15
    ml
    Dijon mustard
  • 125
    ml
    cake flour
  • salt and ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and grease a 22 cm loose-bottomed cake tin with butter or non-stick spray. Mix the crushed biscuits, butter and poppy seeds and press the mixture onto the bottom and along the sides of the tin. Blend the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Turn the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for about 1 hour or until firm and golden brown on top. Leave to cool, unmould and serve.
