  • MUSTARD BUTTER
  • 250
    g
    soft butter
  • 15
    ml
    prepared mustard
 

Method

 
MUSTARD BUTTER Mix Marmite to taste with soft butter and use as needed. MARMITE BUTTER Mix Marmite to taste with soft butter and use as needed. EGG BUTTER Add 3 hard-boiled eggs, pressed through a sieve, to 250 g soft butter and season with a dash of Worcestershire or Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. SANDWICH SPREAD Use sandwich spread on it's own or with other toppings.
