Ingredients (11)

0.00 olive oil — 15ml
0.00 onion — chopped
0.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
0.00 fresh rosemary — chopped
0.00 sausages — pork
0.00 tinned tomatoes — chopped
0.00 tomato purée
0.00 cream
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
0.00 pasta — shells, cooked al dente
0.00 parmesan cheese — freshly grated, to serve

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic and rosemary until slightly browned.
Push the sausages out of their skins – kids love to do this!
Add meat to the onion mix.
Give everything a good stir and cook for a few minutes until the sausage is crumbly and golden brown.
Turn down the heat and add tomatoes and purée.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour in cream and season.
Toss the sauce and noodles together and serve hot with a big bowl of freshly grated Parmesan.
