Sausage stroganoff

    sausages, sliced in 2 cm pieces
  • 250
    g
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 12
    ml
    brandy
  • 150
    ml
    cream
  • 5
    ml
    soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
 

Method

 
Fry the onions in the oil until just soft. Add the pieces of sausage and brown. Add the mushrooms and sauté until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add the brandy and fry for a few more minutes. Add the cream and heat until the sauce thickens. Season with soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
