Sausage in bubbly

Ingredients

    ml
    olive oil
  • 4
    chicken sausages
  • 125
    g
    baby mushrooms
  • 125
    ml
    bubbly of your choice
  • 10
    grapes (or more to taste)
  • salt and milled pepper
  • ciabatta
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sausages and mushrooms and cook for about eight minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Add bubbly and cook for three minutes.
Add grapes, toss to combine and serve with toasted ciabatta and the rest of the bubbly.
