Sausage, chicken and ciabatta kebabs

    ciabatta bread cubes
  • 12
    pork chipolatas
  • 3
    chicken breast fillets, halved
  • 45
    olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • roast tomato salad (see tips)


Preheat oven to 190 ºC. Thread ingredients onto 6 kebab sticks in this order: bread cube, sausage, chicken, bread cube and sausage. Drizzle olive oil over. Place kebabs in an ovenproof dish and roast for 10 to 15 minutes, turning from time to time. Take care not to overcook as the chicken will dry out and be tough. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve with roast tomato salad.
