Ingredients

    pack (500 g) pork sausages, halved
  • 750
    ml
    rice, cooked
  • 1
    can (400 g) tomato soup
  • 1
    small can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 750
    ml
    water
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a large ovenproof dish.
Put the halved sausage into the prepared dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausages.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until most of the fluid has evaporated.
