Ingredients (12)

SALAD
2.00 sausages — spicy, sliced
1.00 red pepper — seeded and diced
1.00 bread — white loaf, crusts removed
fresh chillies — 573
2.00 celery stalks — chopped
1.00 cucumber — diced
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
SALAD DRESSING
75.00 ml olive oil — or sunflower oil
50.00 ml vinegar — grape
4.00 ml mustard — powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
sugar — to taste

Method:

Arrange the sliced sausages, diced red pepper and bread, cut into 1,5 cm cubes on a baking sheet brushed with a little olive oil. Drizzle with olive oil and grill until golden brown. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Cool slightly and mix with the remaining salad ingredients.
Blend the salad dressing ingredients and pour over the salad just before serving or serve separately with the salad.
