Ingredients (11)

15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 onion — chopped
1.00 fresh chillies — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
410.00 g tomatoes — chopped
5.00 ml sugar
15.00 ml fresh oregano
125.00 g cherry tomatoes
80.00 g salami — sliced
15.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
pasta — penne, cooked, drained

Method:

1. Heat oil in a large pan and fry onion, chilli and garlic for two minutes.
2. Add canned tomatoes, sugar, origanum and seasoning to taste and simmer for five minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and salami and simmer for a further two minutes.
3. Stir in balsamic vinegar and pour over cooked and drained penne pasta.
