Preheat oven to 160°C.Sift together the flour, cocoa and cinnamon. Stir in the brown sugar and chilli flakes. Melt the butter, leave to cool for a few minutes then mix in the evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla essence, whipping lightly with a fork.Mix the egg mixture into the flour mixture carefully and pour into a medium-sized baking dish. Mix together the grated chocolate and sugar, then sprinkle it over the top of the pudding mixture.
