    chutney
  • 375
    ml
    butter
  • 10
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 10
    ml
    oil
  • 65
    ml
    apricot jam
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 75
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    large fresh snoek
 

Method

 
Heat all the ingredients together, except the lemon juice, and bring to the boil. Remove from heat, stir in the lemon juice and brush the snoek with the sauce while it's braaiing.
