Sashimi with avocado and soya sauce

Ingredients

  • 300
    g
    fillet of fresh salmon
  • 1/2
    avocado
  • 100
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 1
    Tbs
    honey
  • 1
    Tbs
    pickled ginger
 

Method

 
Slice the avocado and place on individual plates.
Slice the fillet of salmon at an angle into slices and place on top of the salmon.
Halve the soya sauce and serve one plain, but mix one half with the honey to make a sweet soya sauce.
Place a little ginger on each plate.
