Ingredients (6)

1.00 wine — bottle of red
4.00 Tbs cointreau
500.00 ml ginger ale
4.00 Tbs lemon juice
2.00 peaches — quartered
6.00 fresh mint — to garnish

Method:

Stir all the ingredients,
except the mint, together.
Pour into a glass, add ice
and garnish with mint.
