    botter

    spinasie, fyngekap

    pesto

    Franse brood, in skywe en gerooster

    dik sny Camembert
 

Method

Braai 8 sampioene in 50 ml botter tot goudbruin (moenie sag word nie). Verwyder uit pan en braai 100 g spinasie in nog botter vir 'n minuut. Roer 50 ml pesto by spinasie en geur met sout en swartpeper. Plaas 'n sampioen bo-op 'n geroosterde sny brood, skep lepel vol spinasie-mengsel hierop en garneer met 'n dik sny Camembert.
