  • 500
    ml
    cooked samp
  • 45
    ml
    cake flour
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    egg
 

Method

 
Mix the samp and cake flour. Add the salt, cayenne pepper and egg. Heat a heavy-based pan and fry spoonfuls of the samp crumpets in the hot pan until lightly browned on both sides. Makes 8 crumpets.
