Cook samp in water for about one to one and a half hour until soft.Rinse and set aside.
Melt butter, add onion and mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
In a separate pan, heat oil and fry crab meat, mussels, prawns and kingklip until lightly browned.
Add onion mixture to fish, toss in cooked samp, tomatoes and wine, and heat through.
Spoon into small ramekins or serving dishes and top with prawns.
