    ripe mango, sliced
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 1
    green chilli, finely chopped
  • 10
    lemon juice
  • salt to taste


Gently mix sliced mango (or use 400 g can sliced mangoes, drained), diced onion, finely chopped green chilli, lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve chilled, with a small dish of yoghurt flavoured with shredded mint leaves. Serve with vegetable curry (see recipe).
