    ml
    butter
  • 25
    ml
    milk (you may need a little more)
  • 5
    large egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 120
    g
    castor sugar
  • 3
    large egg yolks
  • 30
    ml
    whiskey
 

Method

6 minutes
 
Grease a pie dish with butter and pour in a thin layer of milk.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Add three beaten egg yolks and stir only until the yolks form yellow streaks in the whites.
Pour mixture into the dish.
Stir in the whiskey and sprinkle the remaining castor sugar over the dessert.
Bake in a preheated 200 °C oven until the sugar starts to brown and serve immediately.
