    g
    hazelnuts
  • 100
    g
    pistachio nuts
  • 100
    g
    cashew nuts
  • 100
    g
    Brazil nuts
  • salt
  • oil
 

Method

+/- 15 min
 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Ensure that the nuts are unsalted. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil and salt to taste. Place in the oven and bake until heated through. Stir every now and then, taking care that the nuts do nut burn - if they turn even slightly brown they may have a burnt taste. Cool and store in glass jars or any container of your choice.
