Salty and sour fish soup

    fish balls (from the Asian supermarket)

    fish stock sachets (Ina Paarman)
  • 4
    cup
    water
  • 15
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 15
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 40
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    chilli flakes
  • 100
    g
    bok choy
  • TO SERVE:
  • 1
    spring onion, chopped
  • 10
    g
    fresh coriander
 

Method

Cook everything except the bok choy for 7 minutes. Add the bok choy and simmer for another minute. Serve in small bowls with chopped coriander and spring onions.
