    cloves garlic

    parsley, washed
  • 60
    ml
    mixed herbs (basil, origanum, marjoram)
  • 100
    ml
    olive oil
  • 45
    ml
    lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
1. Place chopped herbs, garlic and salt in food processor; purée. 2. While the motor is running, gradually add the oil and lemon juice until thick. 3. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
