Ingredients (8)

500.00 g pasta — shells
250.00 ml cream
5.00 ml sun-dried tomato pesto
10.00 ml black pepper — freshly ground
5.00 ml lemon juice
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
150.00 g salmon — smoked, thinly sliced
1.00 lemon — cut into wedges

Method:

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions and drain. While the pasta is cooking, put the cream, tomato pesto, pepper, lemon juice and 15 ml parsley in a pan and heat gently, but do not boil. Stir in the smoked salmon and remove from the heat once it starts steaming. Toss the pasta in the sauce. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with remaining parsley. Serves 6.
