Salmon pâté

  • 200
    g
    smoked salmon, chilled
  • 125
    ml
    cream cheese
  • 90
    ml
    cream (or more as desired)
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice (or more to taste)
  • salt and milled black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Chill the pâté slightly before serving with wholewheat bread (see recipe).
