Salmon pasta with spinach

Ingredients

  • 200
    ml
    fromage frais
  • 125
    g
    cooked, chopped spinach
  • 125
    g
    canned broad beans
  • 400
    g
    salmon
  • 125
    g
    frozen peas
  • 375
    g
    tagliatelle
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Warm spinach and beans in a small pan or microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Cook the peas in boiling water in a small saucepan for 3 minutes. Drain and add to the spinach and beans.
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente, then drain well.
Place the fromage frais and the salmon in a saucepan and warm through very gently for a couple of minutes.
Add the vegetable mixture and the pasta. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste, and toss together. Serve immediately with a fresh green salad.
