Salmon parcels

    g
    sliced smoked salmon
  • 100
    ml
    chilled cream
  • 1
    lemon, juice
  • 5
    ml
    red horseradish sauce
  • pepper
  • chive stems
 

Method

 
Trim the sides of the salmon slices and chop the leftovers. Whip the cream and lemon juice until stiff, season with the horseradish sauce and a little pepper. Add the chopped salmon pieces, spoon a little of the mixture on the salmon slices and fold to make parcels. Secure with chive stems.
