Salami and cheese sauce
Chopped Italian salami
Cook the pasta according to the instructions
Let it cool down.
Stuff with the cheese and salami sauce.
Tomato and basil sauce
Heat a little olive oil.
Add deseeded chopped chilies.
Add finely chopped garlic cloves until soft.
Add tins of chopped Italian tomato.
Add chopped fresh basil and capers.
Bring to the boil,
Flavour with salt and pepper,
Reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour.
Pour tomato sauce over the pasta (packed in an ovenproof dish).
Bake at 180°C for half an hour.
