  • 250
    ml
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 65
    ml
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1
    fat clove garlic, crushed
  • 3
    ml
    mustard powder or prepared grainy mustard
  • 1
    ml
    sugar
  • salt and milled pepper
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients together. Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
