Salad dressing with rosemary

    oil
  • 90
    ml
    grape vinegar
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    orange juice concentrate
  • dried mustard powder
  • sprigs of rosemary
 

Method

 
Blend all salad ingredients and use to marinate pork chops or pork or chicken kebabs. Brush frequently with the marinade while cooking. Use the salad dressing as a marinade for oven-roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes or butternut.
