    cardamom
  • 3
    sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 4
    sprigs of fresh mint
  • 5
    ml
    grated lemon rind
  • 5
    ml
    grated orange rind
  • 1
    stick cinnamon
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until well chilled.
