Method

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and lightly grease a 25x35 cm and a 25x15 cm oven pan. Whisk together the melted margarine, buttermilk and eggs. Sift together the self-raising flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the muesli, oats, coconut and sunflower seeds and mix. Add the butter mixture and, using your hands, mix well. Press the dough into the pans, spreading it evenly, then mark out pieces. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done and leave the rusks to cool in the pans. Cut the rusks into fingers and arrange on baking sheets. Dry in the oven at 90 ° C for 3 hours or until completely dry.
