Ingredients (10)

250.00 ml spring onions — chopped
2.00 ml cinnamon — ground
125.00 ml fresh lime juice
5.00 ml salt
30.00 ml canola oil
5.00 ml dried thyme
7.00 ml rum — dark
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 jalapeños
4.00 pork — chopes

Method:

Dump everything into a blender (except the pork chops!) and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large resealable plastic bag, slip in the chops, shake everything up and toss the bag into the fridge for two to four hours.
Then place the marianted pork on a grill tray and pop it into the oven.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the chops every few minutes.
They’re ready when they’re no longer pink at the bone.
