Roti wrapped with spicy lamb strips

  • 4
    rotis
  • 4
    lamb strips
  • 20
    ml
    red or green curry paste
  • 200
    ml
    chilli sauce
  • 50
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • fresh coriander
 

Method

 
Heat curry paste.
Add lamb strips and stir-fry.
Add chilli sauce and warm through, then add yoghurt.
Warm rotis.
Put some of the cooked mixture on the rotis, top with coriander and roll up.
Serve immediately.
