Rosy raspberry sorbet

  • 500
    g
    frozen rasberries
  • 250
    ml
    icing sugar
  • a few fresh rasberries, dusted with icing sugar, for garnish
 

Method

 
Place frozen rasberries and sugar in food processor and pulse until smooth. Spoon mixture into chilled martini glasses and garnish with frosted rasberries. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
