Rosemary potato salad

  • SALAD DRESSING
  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 125
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 30
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    kg
    baby potatoes, scrubbed and boiled until tender
  • 3
    hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
  • few sprigs fresh rosemary
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the potatoes. Add the eggs and rosemary and mix lightly.
