Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    rose petals
  • 1
    orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    lemon, peeled and sliced
  • 750
    ml
    sugar
  • 1
    Litres
    water
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for about 45 minutes, or until jam sets. Cool slightly, then pour into hot, sterilised jars and seal. Makes 500 ml (2 c).
