Rosa tomato and red onion tortilla pizza

Serve with fresh slices of avocado, Parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

    packet Mexican flour tortilla's
  • olive oil - for brushing
  • 1
    packet Rosa tomatoes - cut in half
  • 1
    red onion - thinly sliced
  • 1
    Parmesan - grated
  • A few sprigs fresh herbs
  • Course salt- for sprinkling
Servings: Change Serving


Lightly coat the tortilla with some jar pasta sauce or passata, herbs. Add the finely sliced red onion and Rosa tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 200°C for 4 - 5 minutes.
