    blue cheese
  • 250
    ml
    cultured sour cream
  • 75
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 50
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 100
    ml
    Bulgarian yoghurt
  • freshly ground pepper
 

Method

 
Cube cheese and place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until the cheese is almost completely mixed in. Check seasoning and thin down with a little milk or extra yoghurt if a thinner dressing is required.
