Rooibos tea punch

    Litres
    strong cold rooibos tea
  • 500
    ml
    pineapple juice
  • 500
    ml
    granadilla juice
  • 1
    Litres
    soda water or lemonade
  • 230
    g
    granadilla pulp
  • fresh fruit, such as banana, strawberries, and pineapple, cubed
 

Method

 
Blend the tea and juice. Chill. Add the soda water, granadilla pulp and fruit just before serving. Makes about 3 litres.
