Pour rice cereal, caramel covered popcorn, pretzels, chocolate cereal, chocolate chips and Oreos into large mixing bowl.
Melt butter on a low heat until soft and add marshmallows in a large pot.
Gently stir marshmallows for 2-3 minutes to let them melt.
Mix butter and marshmallows together until soft and gooey.
Remove the mixture from the heat.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the big pot until fully coated by marshmallow and butter mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pan and press down firmly into pan and make even across the top.
Allow the treats to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
