    walnuts

    self-raising flour

    sugar
  • 100

    milk
  • 150
    ml
    sour cream
  • 1
    large egg
  • 100

    butter, melted
  • 30
    g
    mini marshmallows
  • icing sugar, to decorate
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 170 ºC. Break chocolate into rough chunks and coarsely chop walnuts. Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl. Beat together milk, sour cream, egg and butter until well blended. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture to make a stiffish batter. Lightly stir in chocolate, nuts and marshmallows until just mixed. Spoon into 16 cupcake papers set into deep-hollow muffin tins, filling each paper well. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until well risen and golden. Leave to cool slightly. Sprinkle with sifted icing sugar before serving.
